Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the websites, web apps, mobile apps and browser extensions developed and operated by ZPresso LLC ("ZPresso", "we", "us"), including this website, zpresso.org (together, the "Services"). ZPresso LLC is a limited liability company licensed by Sharjah Media City (Shams) Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (licence no. 2115421.01). By using the Services you agree to these terms.
Some Services have their own terms. Where they do, those terms apply to that product together with these, and they take priority if the two differ. Apps obtained from an app store are also subject to that store's rules.
1. Accounts
You must give accurate information when you create an account and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, or use the Services with a parent's or guardian's permission.
2. Acceptable use
Do not use the Services to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, upload malware, send spam, record people without the consent the law requires, or share content that is unlawful, abusive or harmful. Do not try to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Services. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you create or upload. You give us permission to host, process and display it only as needed to provide the Services to you, for example to transcribe a recording or show a file to the people you share it with. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload.
4. AI-generated output
Some features use automated and AI systems. Their output can contain mistakes. Review it before you rely on it. It is not professional advice.
5. Plans, payments and refunds
Prices, plans and trial terms are shown in each product before you buy. Purchases made through an app store are billed and refunded under that store's policies. Purchases made directly from us carry a 30-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy.
6. No guarantee of results
Our Services are software tools. We do not promise that using them will produce any particular business, financial or personal result.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Services available and secure, but they are provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and will try to give reasonable notice of significant changes.
8. Intellectual property
The Services, their software, design, names and logos belong to ZPresso LLC or its licensors. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility; we are not affiliated with them unless we say so.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZPresso LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Client projects
Custom development and consultancy work is done under a separate written agreement or quote. That agreement sets the scope, price, timeline and ownership of the work.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
